Scope

This document specifies the test conditions for the energy consumption of pure electric hydraulic excavators, describes the test methods for energy consumption, and provides methods for evaluating the endurance, operating efficiency, and energy efficiency of pure electric hydraulic excavators.
This document is applicable to the testing of pure electric hydraulic excavators that use on-board power batteries (with a maximum operating voltage of Class B) as the sole power source during operation, with a working load not exceeding 50,000 kg. Pure electric hydraulic excavators with a working load exceeding 50,000 kg should refer to this document for implementation.
