JGJ/T 496-2022 Standard for unified coding and basic attribute data of building construction

Scope

In order to standardize and unify the building codes and their basic attributes, and to provide information sharing and data foundation for the digital management of buildings throughout their life cycle, this standard is formulated. This standard applies to building codes, basic attribute collection, data processing, and information sharing applications, but does not apply to structures. In addition to complying with this standard, building codes, basic attribute collection, data processing, and information sharing applications shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
