Scope
1.0.1 为节约能源，保护环境，发展我国城镇集中供热事业，提高集中供热工程设计水平，做到技术先进、经济合理、安全适用，制定本标准。1.0.2 本标准适用于设计压力小于或等于2.5MPa，热水介质设计温度小于或等于200℃、蒸汽介质设计温度小于或等于350℃的热源出口至建筑热力入口的新建、扩建或改建的城镇供热管网的设计。1.0.3 城镇供热管网设计应符合城市规划、乡镇规划的要求，并应与环境相协调。1.0.4 在地震、湿陷性黄土、膨胀土、盐渍土等地区进行城镇供热管网设计时，除应符合本标准外，尚应符合现行国家标准《室外给水排水和燃气热力工程抗震设计规范》GB 50032、《湿陷性黄土地区建筑标准》GB50025、《膨胀土地区建筑技术规范》GB 50112、《盐渍土地区建筑技术规范》GB/T 50942的规定。1.0.5 城镇供热管网的设计除应符合本标准外，尚应符合国家现行相关标准的规定
