Scope
This standard stipulates the credit principles for providing digital products to consumers through online transactions, as well as the basic credit requirements for operators, transaction security, transaction integrity, and the protection of customers' personal information and privacy.
This standard applies to the integrity and self-discipline, credit management, and third-party evaluation of self-operated websites, third-party platforms, and digital product providers within these platforms that provide digital products to consumers.
Note: In this standard, "self-operated websites" and "third-party trading platforms" are collectively referred to as "trading platforms".
