Scope
In order to implement the relevant national policies in the construction of power supply and distribution systems in residential areas, and to ensure that the systems are technologically advanced, safe, reliable, economically reasonable, and easy to maintain, these standards are formulated. These standards apply to the construction of new, expanded, and renovated power supply and distribution systems with voltages of 10(6) kV or lower in residential areas.
