Scope

1.0.1 In order to standardize the construction and quality acceptance of urban gas indoor projects, ensure the construction quality of urban gas indoor projects, and guarantee safe gas supply, these regulations are formulated. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the construction and quality acceptance of indoor gas pipelines and gas appliances installed in new, expanded, and renovated urban residential and commercial buildings, gas boiler rooms (excluding the boiler itself), laboratories, industrial enterprises (excluding gas-using equipment), etc., where the gas supply pressure is less than or equal to 0.8 MPa (gauge pressure). 1.0.3 After the completion and acceptance of urban gas indoor projects, the connection of gas should be handled by the gas supply unit. 1.0.4 In addition to complying with the provisions of these regulations, the construction and quality acceptance of urban gas indoor projects shall also comply with the relevant national standards currently in force.
