Scope

This part of GB/T 13277 specifies the sampling and quantitative analysis methods (Method A and Method B) for liquid oil and suspended oil in compressed air. This part is applicable to the measurement of oil content in general compressed air systems, with an oil content measurement range of 0.001 mg/m3 to 40 mg/m3. This part is not applicable to the measurement of oil vapor content in compressed air. For the measurement of oil vapor, please refer to ISO 85735 "Compressed Air - Part 5: Methods for Measuring Oil Vapor and Organic Solvents".
