CJJ 145-2010 Technical specification for gas-fired combined cooling,heating and power engineering

Scope

1.0.1 In order to improve the efficiency of comprehensive utilization of distributed energy and establish a safe combined cooling, heating, and power generation system (hereinafter referred to as the "combined generation system"), this regulation is formulated to standardize the construction and management of the project. 1.0.2 This regulation applies to the design, construction, acceptance, and operation management of new, modified, or expanded distributed energy systems that supply cold, heat, and electricity using gas as the primary energy source with a total generator capacity of less than or equal to 15MW. 1.0.3 The combined generation system should operate in a grid-connected mode. 1.0.4 The combined generation system shall follow the principles of maximizing self-consumption of electrical energy and utilization of waste heat, and the system's equipment configuration and operating mode shall be determined after a technical and economic comparison. 1.0.5 The annual average comprehensive energy utilization rate of the combined generation system shall be greater than 70%.
