Scope

This standard specifies the evaluation principles, evaluation index system, evaluation methods, and procedures related to the environmental and quality safety of products from the comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste (referred to as solid waste products).
This standard applies to the evaluation of the environmental and quality safety of solid waste products. It is specifically applicable to: various building material products produced using coal gangue, fly ash, metallurgical slag, industrial by-product gypsum, and tailings as raw materials. The evaluation of other products from the comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste can be implemented with reference to this standard.
