Scope
This standard specifies the virtual terminal interface specifications for relay protection and safety automatic devices in smart substations, the process layer physical interface specifications, the configuration of pressure plates, the modeling of secondary circuits in the process layer, the requirements for related equipment, and the engineering configuration files.
This standard applies to various relay protection and safety automatic devices (hereinafter referred to as "devices") in smart substations with voltage levels of 110 kV (66 kV) and above. Devices with voltage levels below 110 kV (66 kV) may refer to this standard for implementation.
