Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for biodegradable polybutylene terephthalate (PBAT) resins (hereinafter referred to as PBAT resins). This standard applies to PBAT resins produced by direct polycondensation or chain extension using terephthalic acid, adipic acid, and 1,4-butanediol as the main raw materials.
