Scope
This standard specifies the basic framework for the safety management of industrial control systems and the key activities included in this framework, and proposes the basic control measures for industrial control system safety management required to implement this basic framework. On this basis, a corresponding table of basic control measures for industrial control system safety management at various levels is provided (see Appendix A), which is used to set basic control requirements for safety management at all levels of industrial control systems. This standard applies to the planning and implementation of safety management for industrial control systems by parties involved in their construction, operation, use, and management, which do not involve state secrets. It can also be used as a reference for industrial control system safety assessments and safety inspections.
