Scope

This standard applies to the emission limits of air pollutants, monitoring, production processes, and management requirements for automobile painting processes in vehicle manufacturing enterprises of Class M1, M2, and M3 specified in GB/T 15089, as well as related provisions for the implementation and supervision of the standard.
This standard applies to the management of air pollutant emissions in the existing automobile manufacturing industry (painting), as well as the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, and completion environmental protection acceptance of new, modified, and expanded projects, and the management of air pollutant emissions after their completion.
This standard does not apply to the management of air pollutant emissions in automobile modification and parts painting processes.
