Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of steel wire mesh reinforced polyethylene composite pipes (hereinafter referred to as pipes) and fittings. This standard applies to steel wire mesh reinforced polyethylene composite pipes used for water supply, with a maximum operating temperature of 40 °C for the transported medium.
