Scope

This document is applicable to the crude nickel-cobalt hydroxide products obtained through pre-treatment, leaching, impurity removal, and precipitation in the wet concentration process of lithium-ion battery waste materials containing nickel and cobalt elements. These products can be used as raw materials for the production of nickel-cobalt-manganese tri-elemental hydroxides, nickel-cobalt-magnesium lithium batteries, nickel or cobalt chemical salts, and other related materials.
