Scope
This document describes two measurement methods (Method A and Method B) for evaluating the wear resistance of leather shoe heels. Method A uses a rotating roller abrasion tester, and Method B uses a reciprocating abrasion tester. This document is applicable to the heels of leather shoes that are commonly worn (hereinafter referred to as "heels").
