Scope

This document specifies the setting test conditions, test items, and requirements for power system stabilizers, as well as parameter settings. This document is applicable to steam (gas) turbine generators with a single-machine capacity of 100 MW or more, nuclear power units, hydroelectric generators with a capacity of 40 MW or more, pumped storage power/motors, and solar thermal power units, as well as synchronous generators connected to a voltage level of 220 kV or higher. Other units may refer to and implement this document accordingly.
