GB/T 21445.2-2008 Petroleum and natural gas industries—Design and operation of subsea production systems—Part 2:Flexible pipe systems for subsea and marine applications
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 21445 specifies the minimum requirements and recommendations for the design, material selection, manufacturing, testing, marking, and packaging of flexible pipes, and details the technical requirements and recommendations for flexible pipes that are interchangeable in terms of safety, dimensions, and functionality. This part applies to non-adhesive flexible pipe assemblies composed of flexible pipe sections with end fittings at both ends. This part applies not only to sulfur-free products, but also to sulfur-containing products, including those used for output and injection. The extracted fluids include oil, gas, water, and injected chemical agents. This part applies to static and dynamic flexible pipes used as fluid lines, risers, and cross-connection lines. This part does not apply to flexible pipes with adhesive structures, nor to auxiliary components of flexible pipes. This part does not apply to flexible pipes used as choke and kill lines. [HT5”] Note: Appendix B provides guidance on bending reinforcements and bending limiters, and APIRP 17B [1] provides guidance on other aspects.
