Scope
This regulation stipulates the grading standards for degraded grasslands in alpine meadows of Qinghai Province, comprehensive treatment and improvement technical measures, process flow, and technical content such as rational utilization and scientific management. This regulation is applicable to the restoration of moderate to mildly degraded grassland vegetation in alpine meadows of Qinghai Province, with an altitude between 3,500m and 4,500m and an annual average temperature below 0℃.
