Scope
This standard specifies the high-performance liquid chromatography method for determining the content of niacin and folic acid in additive premix feed. This standard is applicable to the determination of niacin and folic acid in vitamin premix feed and compound premix feed. The detection limit of niacin is 100 mg/kg, and the quantification limit is 300 mg/kg; the detection limit of folic acid is 15 mg/kg, and the quantification limit is 50 mg/kg.
