This standard applies to the collection, storage, processing, and exchange of attribute data for environmental sanitation facilities.
The environmental sanitation facilities in this standard only apply to urbanized areas across the country, and do not include rural areas.
Environmental sanitation facilities refer to dedicated facilities for collecting, storing, transferring, and disposing of waste, as well as facilities such as parking (repair) areas for environmental sanitation vehicles and rest areas for environmental sanitation workers.
