HJ 1210-2021 Determination of 13 phenanthrene and 2 diphenylamine compounds in soil and sediment using liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry method for the determination of aniline and diphenylamine compounds in soil and sediments. This standard is applicable to the determination of 13 aniline compounds and 2 diphenylamine compounds in soil and sediments, including diphenylamine, aniline, 4-methylaniline, 2-methoxyaniline, 3-methylaniline, 2-methylaniline, 2,4-dimethylaniline, 4-nitroaniline, 3-nitroaniline, 4-chloroaniline, 2-naphthylamine, 2,6-dimethylaniline, 3-chloroaniline, 3,3'-dichlorodiphenylamine, and N-nitrosodiphenylamine. When the sample amount is 5.0 g and the dilution volume is 1.0 ml, the method's detection limits for the 13 aniline compounds and 2 diphenylamine compounds are 2 μg/kg to 4 μg/kg, and the determination limits are 8 μg/kg to 16 μg/kg.
