Scope

This standard specifies the work procedures and general requirements for the acceptance of environmental protection facilities of completed construction projects in the paper industry, and proposes technical requirements for initiating acceptance, self-inspection during acceptance, preparing an acceptance monitoring plan, implementing acceptance monitoring and inspection, and preparing an acceptance monitoring report (form). This standard applies to the acceptance of environmental protection facilities of completed construction projects in the paper industry. For completed environmental protection facilities of self-owned thermal power generators (plants) in paper industry construction projects, the acceptance work shall be carried out in accordance with HJ/T 255. For other content not specified in this standard, the implementation shall be in accordance with the "Technical Guidelines for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Completed Construction Projects - Pollution Impact Category" (Announcement No. 9 of 2018 by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment).
