Scope

This standard specifies the working procedures and general requirements for the acceptance of environmental protection facilities in ethylene projects, and proposes technical requirements for initiating acceptance, self-inspection of acceptance, preparing an acceptance monitoring plan, implementing acceptance monitoring and inspection, and preparing an acceptance monitoring report (form). This standard applies to the acceptance of environmental protection facilities in ethylene projects. The acceptance of environmental protection facilities in ethylene projects with self-owned thermal power generators (plants) shall be carried out in accordance with HJ/T 255, and the acceptance of environmental protection facilities in ecological impact projects such as docks shall be carried out in accordance with HJ/T 394. For other content not specified in this standard, the Annex of the "Technical Guidelines for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Completed Construction Projects - Pollution Impact Category" (Announcement No. 9 of 2018 by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment) shall be implemented.
