Scope
Scope: This document stipulates the definition, connotation, qualifications, rights and interests, creation, operation, management, and verification methods of well-known regional brands. This document is applicable to regional legal entities, or institutions and entities authorized by regional legal entities, for the creation, operation, and management of well-known regional brands; regional brand license-using carrier enterprises shall cooperate in the application of regional brand construction. Main technical content: The technical content of this standard includes: First, in accordance with the requirements of brand characteristics, it proposes the criterion of "three attributes" for determining the target brands to be cultivated in the creation of well-known regional brands. Second, in accordance with the laws of brand value formation, it proposes the "eight construction methods" for cultivating the core competitiveness of brands. Third, in accordance with the market competition attributes and social adaptability of brands, it proposes the "three methodological skills" for enhancing the core value of brands, strengthening their market competitiveness, and achieving sustainable growth. Fourth, in accordance with the "five-element theory of brand value", it proposes the "16 verification indicators" and their verification methods for continuously improving the development of well-known regional brands. A series of technical measures form a complete cycle of "positioning - construction - management - verification - improvement" adapted to the brand development process, which serves to guide the continuous spiral-upgrade development of brands. The overall method is also known as the "38316 Well-Known Regional Brand Creation Method".
