Scope

This regulation applies to minor repairs, medium repairs, major repairs, and improvement projects of urban roads in Chongqing City. This regulation applies to the maintenance of urban roads within the urban area and in all districts, counties (autonomous counties, cities), and built-up towns of Chongqing City as defined in the urban planning of Chongqing City. The maintenance of roads in development zones and residential areas maintained by the property owners, roads managed by specialized units, and dedicated roads within factories, docks, railway battlefields, and airports may be used for reference.
