Scope

This standard stipulates the evaluation principles, work procedures, key contents, main methods, and requirements for the environmental impact assessment of comprehensive basin planning. This standard applies to the environmental impact assessments of comprehensive basin plans (including amendments) organized by relevant departments of the State Council, basin management agencies, local people's governments at or above the municipal level, and their relevant departments. Basin-specific plans or special plans may refer to this standard for implementation.
