Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements for self-monitoring by wastewater discharge units in the wood-based panel industry, the formulation of monitoring plans, and the basic contents and requirements for information recording and reporting. This standard applies to self-monitoring by wastewater discharge units in the wood-based panel industry during the production and operation phase of their discharged water and air pollutants, noise, and the impact on the surrounding environmental quality. The self-monitoring requirements for self-owned thermal power generators (plants) and supporting power boilers shall be implemented in accordance with HJ 820.
