Scope

This part of GB/T 4219 specifies the materials, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of industrial hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pressure pipes (hereinafter referred to as "pipes") made from PVC resin as the main raw material and extruded into shape. This part is applicable to industrial hard PVC pipe systems, and it is also suitable for pressure-bearing water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, water treatment, petroleum, chemical, power electronics, metallurgy, electroplating, papermaking, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, central air conditioning, construction, and other fields for the transportation of powders and liquids.
