Scope
This standard provides the classification and definition of relevant assessment technologies in network security level protection assessment (hereinafter referred to as "level assessment"), proposes the elements and principles of technical test evaluation, and provides suggestions for the analysis and application of assessment results.
This standard is applicable to assessment institutions conducting level assessment of network security level protection objects (hereinafter referred to as "level protection objects"), as well as to the competent departments of level protection objects and the operating and using units conducting security assessments of the security level protection status of level protection objects.
