Scope

This standard specifies the measurement methods for the basic performance of LED modules used in general lighting.
This standard applies to externally controlled LED modules with a power output of greater than or equal to 1 W, which operate stably under constant voltage, constant current, or constant power; as well as self-ballasted LED modules that operate stably and are powered by a DC power supply of less than 250 V, or an AC power supply of 50 Hz or 60 Hz, and a power output of less than 1000 V.
For LED products that fall outside the scope of this standard, this standard can also be referenced if necessary.
