This standard specifies the ultrasonic transverse wave testing method for copper and copper alloy pipes.
This standard is applicable to the ultrasonic flaw detection of copper and copper alloy pipes with a wall thickness to outer diameter ratio of less than 0.2, using the A-type pulse reflection method.
