Scope

This standard specifies the scope, normative reference documents, general requirements, administrative licensing requirements, document filing, and anti-corruption risk prevention of administrative licensing for quality and technical supervision in Jiangsu Province (hereinafter referred to as "administrative licensing"). This standard applies to the administrative licensing work of quality and technical supervision departments at all levels in Jiangsu Province (hereinafter referred to as "quality supervision departments"). The approval of personnel, financial, and foreign affairs matters of other government agencies or directly managed public institutions by the relevant quality supervision departments is not subject to this standard.
