Scope

This document establishes the operating procedures for the production and transplantation of bovine in vitro embryos, specifies the basic requirements for in vitro embryo production, the selection and handling of donors, oocyte collection, in vitro maturation, in vitro fertilization, in vitro culture, embryo freezing and thawing, and technical requirements for embryo transplantation and pregnancy detection, and describes the verification methods.
This document is applicable to the production and transplantation of bovine in vitro embryos.
