Scope

This document specifies the emission interference limits for locomotives and rolling stock, as well as the measurement and evaluation methods for verifying the compatibility of vehicles with axle counters, and also includes the measurement methods for the anti-interference capability of axle counters.
This document is applicable to the verification of compatibility between locomotives and rolling stock and axle counters.
Note 1: This document does not consider the effects of inductive coupling resonant circuits or metal components on vehicles, nor does it consider the effects of eddy current braking or magnetic rail braking.
Note 2: This document does not involve wheel sensors and cross-loop circuits.
