DB44/T 1832-2016 Photography Digital camera Measurement of shutter lag, exposure time, shooting speed, and boot-up time
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the testing and reporting of the shooting lag, shutter lag, shooting speed, and boot-up time of digital cameras (including the shooting modules of mobile phones and tablets), including a method of testing using the internal control signals of digital cameras, and a method of obtaining time values without disassembling digital cameras. Due to the use of timing devices in the method, there may be a delay between the activation of the timing device and the closure of the camera's exposure button. This standard does not apply to the measurement of the accuracy and speed of autofocus in low-light environments. For digital cameras that continuously capture images into a buffer, since the exposure button only serves to select previously captured images, the methods of testing the shutter lag and shooting lag in this standard are also not applicable to this type of digital cameras.
