Main Technical Content: 5. Appearance: The inner and outer surfaces of the electric disc car shell should be smooth, free from welding slag and casting sand, and the pipes should be welded flat. The painted surface of the electric disc car should be clean, free from drip marks, and without sharp edges. Output Gears of Materials and Components: The output gears shall be made of alloy structural steel with a grade of 42CrMo, whose performance shall meet the requirements of GB/T 3077-2015. The gear accuracy shall be no less than Grade 7 specified in GB/T10095.1 and GB/T10095.2, and the surface hardness of the gears shall be HV550-600. Drive Shaft Materials: The drive shaft materials shall preferably be high-quality carbon structural steel with mechanical properties meeting the requirements of GB/T 699. Motor Performance: The motor performance shall comply with GB/T 755, and its energy efficiency shall not be lower than Grade 2 specified in GB 18613-2020. Hydraulic Transmission Components: The hydraulic transmission components shall comply with GB/T 3766. Limit Switches: The limit switches shall comply with GB/T 14048.5, and the proximity switches shall comply with GB/T 14048.10. Electromagnetic Reversing Valves: The electromagnetic reversing valves shall comply with ISO 15218. Assembly Quality: After installation of the proximity switch, the clearance shall be between 2 and 6 mm. Distance Error between the Gear and the Base Plate of the Electric Disc Car: The error between the gear and the base plate of the electric disc car shall be ≤ ±0.01 mm. Operation Performance of the Reduction Mechanism: The reduction mechanism shall operate smoothly without abnormal noise.
