Scope
This document specifies the functional requirements, technical requirements, inspection requirements, inspection methods, inspection steps, and result analysis for acoustic imaging positioning of gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as "GIS equipment"). This document is applicable to insulation breakdown during the pressure test of GIS equipment and the acoustic imaging positioning of abnormal sounds during operation. The acoustic imaging positioning of gas-insulated metal-enclosed transmission lines (GIL) can be implemented with reference to this document.
