Scope

This document applies to digital recorders used for measurement in high-voltage impact and high-current impact tests, including digital oscilloscopes. This document specifies the performance requirements and calibration methods for digital recorders to meet the requirements of IEC 600602 and IEC 62475 for measurement uncertainty and test methods.
