Scope
This standard specifies the minimum requirements and test conditions for qualified and approved air cargo units (including pallets, nets, and containers) installed in aircraft that have passed certification. This standard applies to loading and restraint systems for aircraft of the following classes: a) Class I - The restraint of the units meets all flight and ground loading conditions, including a 9g forward emergency landing state; b) Class II - Restraint of all other units.
