Scope

Scope: This standard specifies the preparation before spraying and pest control operations with drones for rice diseases and pests, on-site operations, and post-operation maintenance. This standard applies to the prevention and control of rice leafrollers, rice planthoppers, and rice scab. Other rice diseases and pests can be referenced for implementation. This standard applies to the safe operation of four-rotor drones for pest control, and eight-rotor drones can be referenced for implementation. Main technical content: 3. Preparation before operation 3.1 Requirements for drones for pest control: Drones for pest control must comply with the relevant provisions of AC-91-FS-2015-31 and the requirements of NY/T 3213. 3.2 Requirements for flight range: The flight range must strictly follow the operation plan, and the flight distance must be controlled within the line of sight. At the same time, understand the facilities and air control requirements around the operation site. 3.3 Operation blocks, operators, and weather requirements: The operation blocks, operators, and weather conditions must comply with the relevant provisions of T/NANTEA 001-2019 3.3, 3.4, 3.6. 3.4 Timing and control indicators for rice disease and pest control 3.4.1 The prevention and control of rice diseases and pests should follow the principle of "prevention first and integrated control".
