DB34/T 1687-2016 Dish catering enterprise integrity metrology demonstration unit evaluation requirements

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, education, training and competence, information exchange and control, analysis and improvement, commitment and self-evaluation, application conditions, evaluation results, cultivation and promotion, evaluation organizations, re-evaluation and supervision required of integrity measurement demonstration units in catering enterprises (hereinafter referred to as enterprises). This standard applies to enterprises with legal business qualifications and the following needs: a) Establish, implement, maintain and improve an integrity measurement system; b) Comply with the declared measurement policies and committed measurement objectives; c) Demonstrate compliance with the requirements of integrity measurement behavior norms through the following methods, including: conducting self-evaluations and making commitments, promoting corporate culture construction; seeking external evaluations of their integrity measurement and obtaining recognition.
