Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, education, training and competence, information exchange and control, analysis and improvement, and commitments and evaluations for the integrity measurement requirements of catering enterprises (hereinafter referred to as enterprises). This standard applies to enterprises with legal business qualifications and the following aspirations: a) establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving the integrity measurement system; b) meeting the declared measurement policies and committed measurement objectives; Demonstrate compliance with the integrity measurement code of conduct in the following ways, including: —— Conduct self-evaluation and commitments to promote corporate culture construction; —— Seek external evaluation of their integrity measurement and obtain recognition. Note: Catering enterprise groups or chain-type catering enterprises are encouraged to establish measurement management systems and create integrity measurement units in accordance with GB/T 19022.
