Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements for laser charged rust removal operations, clarifies the conditions restricting laser charged rust removal, proposes requirements for laser charged rust removal equipment, describes the preparation for rust removal and the rust removal methods, and stipulates the rust removal effect and safety measures. This document is applicable to laser charged rust removal operations for power equipment with an AC rated voltage of 3.6kV to 126kV in areas with an altitude of 1000m to 5000m.
