This document specifies the test methods for determining the presence of active microorganisms (such as yeast, bacteria, and endotoxins), sampling and culturing them, and determining their quantity.
This document is applicable to the evaluation of purification levels according to GB/T 13277.1, and it is also applicable to the determination of active colony-forming units in solid particles in combination with GB/T 13277.4.
