Scope

1.0.1 In order to standardize the supervision of hydropower and water conservancy projects, strengthen the control of construction quality, progress, contract project costs, and supervision of construction safety, environmental protection, and water conservation, as well as contract management, these regulations are formulated. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the supervision of hydropower and water conservancy projects. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with these regulations, the supervision of hydropower and water conservancy projects shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
