This document provides guidance on the color marking of kitchen food cutting tools (hereinafter referred to as "kitchen color codes"), outlining the basic principles of kitchen color codes, their classification, the applicable objects for each type of color code, marking and labeling requirements, and usage recommendations. This document applies to catering enterprises with an operating area of more than 500 m2 for the classification and marking of kitchen food cutting tools. Other catering enterprises may refer to and implement it accordingly.
