Scope

This document applies to mobile liquid hydrogen containers that meet the following conditions simultaneously: a) The working pressure of the inner container is not more than 1.0 MPa; b) The geometric volume of the inner container is not less than 15 m3 and not more than 50 m3; and the insulation method is high-vacuum multi-layer insulation.
