本文件规定了燃料电池动力船舶可移动式储供氢系统的总体要求、系统构成、储氢模块、换氢机构、船用安装托架、控制系统与安全监控等技术要求。本文件适用于采用模块化、集装箱化储氢单元，并可整体吊装、滑移或横移的船用压缩氢气储供系统，压缩氢气的公称压力不大于70 MPa。燃料电池动力船舶包括换氢燃料电池内河船、沿海船和远洋船。本文件涵盖了系统在码头、趸船及加注船等多种场景下的换氢作业技术要求。注：本标准规定的是可移动式储氢模块及其换氢机构自身的技术要求。主要技术内容有燃料电池动力船舶可移动式储供氢系统的总体要求、系统构成、储氢模块、换氢机构、船用安装托架、控制系统与安全监控等
