Scope

This part of GB/T 18874 stipulates that the following parties of tower cranes (hereinafter referred to as "tower cranes") shall provide relevant information: a) The purchaser shall provide the information when the consultant (the party needing to consult about the tower cranes) makes an inquiry; b) The purchaser shall provide the information when the ordering party (the party needing to order the tower cranes) places an order; c) The manufacturer shall provide the information when the seller (the party selling the tower cranes) quotes a price; d) The manufacturer/supplier (the party supplying the tower cranes) shall provide the information when supplying the tower cranes.
